Rainton Bridge, Sunderland.  The five buildings, ranging from 1,500m² to 4,000m² and from two to three storey, are deliberately arranged around a central landscaped courtyard to provide a sense of place and enclosure.  The smaller two storey buildings are naturally ventilated. The larger three storey buildings with deeper plans have the option of displacement or fan coil air condition systems.
