London, Pioneer Centre, Window upgrade The Pioneer Health Centre, home to the Peckham Experiment, provided a space for local families to explore the benefits of regular exercise, good nutrition, and community living. It was opened in 1926 and in 2000, approval was granted for conversion into twenty-one self-contained flats. Robert Potz Architects was appointed to submit an application for listed building consent to remove the existing single sheet glass panes in two flats and replace them with new double-glazed units.
